A few weeks back I posted a link to another TED video. While I don’t want this to become the TED blog via Outermountain, I felt like I had to share this video as well. I thought this was absolutely astounding when I first saw it and have watched several more times since and continue to be amazed.

This is not what you might think based on the title.
Today your challenge is to break out a board game. I'm not talking about playing The Game of Life on your iPad or Wii or even pulling up a game of chess online.
No, today you actually have to go to the closet, pull out one of those old boxes that's falling apart at the corner, go over the directions and play the game on the physical board.
Checkers and chess are OK as long as you have to pick up the pieces in your hands to move them. Other board games are cool too and if you want to take the time to play a full game of Monopoly, good for you.
Extra credit for this challenge if you play something like the Royal Game of Ur, or Mancala.
